A repair is only finished when the cause was understood, not just the symptom hidden. Phone during working hours and you will reach a person.
Dwen Tech works from Nantgaredig near Carmarthen, repairing and supporting computers for homes and small businesses across west Wales. Devices are diagnosed before anything is quoted, copies are taken where a machine still runs, and what was changed is written down so the same fault is easier to spot next time. Callouts are booked into a time slot and networks are surveyed in the rooms that actually need coverage. Call or write and we will answer the specific question.
