Do you back up first, in practice?
Where a machine still runs, a copy is taken before anything is changed, as far as that is possible. Say what the device is doing and since when, and the first reply is usually quicker.
Do you visit homes, usually?
Yes, by appointment within the coverage area, and for businesses by arrangement. Business support is arranged the same way, one callout at a time.
Can you set up Wi-Fi properly, on average?
Coverage is surveyed in the rooms that matter, then kit is configured rather than guessed at. Say what the device is doing and since when, and the first reply is usually quicker.
Do you keep my files, typically?
No; data stays with you, and anything temporarily held is removed once the job is done. Do not hand over a machine without a copy of anything irreplaceable.
